| Our engineers are Microsoft Certified and can troubleshoot and resolve problems with all Microsoft Operating systems, including Windows XP, Vista, Server 2000, 2003, 2008 and Windows 7. We only charge £40 + VAT for the first hour of onsite labour, then £10 per additional 1/4 hour for support calls to your premises. We offer remote support to existing customers at a low minimum charge of only £20 + VAT for up to half an hour. If you have lost data from damaged file systems, accidental formatting or physical damage to hard drives, we can inspect your damaged drive and give a report on the possibility and cost of data recovery. | |||||
| Blue Chilli Microsystems offer a complete installation service. Our customers take advantage of this in many ways including - design and implementation of small business networks, broadband installation, email hosting and domain registration, PC installation including full data transfer and configuration, printer set up and PC or network performance upgrades. We have our own fast and reliable mail server which is kept exclusively for our customer's email. As with the support service, labour is charged at £40 + VAT for the first hour, then at £10 + VAT per quarter hour there after. | ||||||
