| Our engineers are Microsoft Certified and can troubleshoot and resolve problems with all Microsoft Operating systems, including Windows 95, 98, Millenium, NT, XP, Vista and 2000. We do not charge a call-out fee and will only charge £40 including the first hours labour, then £10 per additional 1/4 hour for support calls to your premises. If you have lost data from damaged file systems, accidental formatting or physical damage to hard drives, we can inspect your damaged drive and give a report on the possibility and cost of data recovery. Our customers take advantage of this in many ways including - design and implementation of small business networks, broadband installation, Internet Connection Sharing, email and domain name setup, PC installation including full data transfer and configuration, printer set up and PC or network performance upgrades.
